Be our guest for an exciting and memorable chocolate class hosted here at our Headquarters facility. Create, sample, and savor gourmet chocolate pieces— some classic, some new!
In this particular course, we will be dipping our mouth watering Award-Winning Sea Salt Caramels, as well as a seasonal truffle to be announced!
Explore 'behind-the-scenes' where all the magic happens while sipping wine and learning why chocolate is such a temperamental, yet delicious art form.
The first half of the class will feature charcuterie & grazing boards, wine, beer, and of course lots of chocolate samples! As we continue, the rest of the class will be held in our chocolatiering kitchen. Aprons will be provided, however, we still recommend you wear something that you don't mind getting a little chocolate on! For any questions, don't hesitate to call us directly, cheers!
