On our list of life essentials, chocolate is on the top of the list. However, for some of our truffles and ice-creams, doTERRA Essential Oils are on the top of the ingredients list. A wonderful truffle that we make with essential oils is our Lemon Truffle. This piece is made with 35% French Valhrona White Chocolate; one of the purest white chocolates in the entire world! We temper the chocolate and then use real lemons and lemon essential oil to give this piece a sweet and slightly tart flavor. Topped with a candied lemon peel, the Lemon Truffle is our most popular truffle that we make with essential oils. You can also find this oil in use in the Lemon Truffle Rolled Ice-cream! A fantastic and unique piece, the Mint Melt-Away, is also handcrafted using these essential oils. Milk chocolate is hand-tempered on a marble slab, the old fashioned way. Then it is carefully blended with coconut milk and doTERRA Peppermint Essential Oil to create a one of a kind piece that will melt in your mouth. This same peppermint oil is, like the lemon, found in our Rolled Ice-cream. The Peppermint Crunch combines the refreshing and revitalizing flavor of peppermint essential oil with the world most popular cookie, Oreos! This Rolled Ice-cream is a summer must. This oil is also great for treating sore muscles, relieving joint inflammation and reducing stress!
